Founder of Lund Financial Corporation, Craig T. Lund  has arranged financing for every type of commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects during his extensive career in real estate finance. Having developed properties for his own account in the past, Mr. Lund has a clear perspective and intimate knowledge of all aspects of developing, financing, managing and owning real estate.

Under his guidance and direction, Lund Financial Corporation became the dominant leader in marketing, arranging, structuring and closing highly complex financings for corporations located throughout the U.S. and Mexico. His organizational skills and ability to grow a small company into a dominant market leader has defined his career, earning him such honors as “Silicon Valley Entrepreneur of the Year”.

He has been a frequent contributor to the “Wall Street Journal”, “Forbes”, “CFO Magazine” and several regional “Business Journal” publications located throughout the United States. Mr. Lund has been a guest lecturer at the Stanford University and the Practising Law Institute.

A former executive with a Big Four public accounting firm, Kevin Whalen has also held senior positions with real estate development companies in California, Colorado and Massachusetts. With more than 25 years experience in the real estate and finance industries, he later founded and operated his own real estate consulting practice.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Whalen holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Real Estate. He has closed more than $2.5 billion of financing for the acquisition and/or construction of commercial real estate.
